The time frame will depend on what level of growth, you’re talking about.

However, muscle gains and creating a more aesthetic shape, can take longer. So, the benefits come early, but a truly impressive physique does take longer.

Taking Your Time
While you will get some gains in a short order of time, the key to making long-term and significant booty gains, is to have patience. Don’t expect a complete transformation, like magic.
Growth comes, but it takes time. If you’re constantly focused on the when, it is easy to get discouraged, and try to force things to happen. When this occurs, people can often begin overtraining the muscles, and hinder the progress they would’ve gotten with patience.
Stay consistent with a schedule. Get your sleep. Make sure your diet is in order. Concentrate during the exercises. Let your muscles have rest days. Doing these simple things, will allow butt growth to take place.

I don’t want to re-hash in this post, what I’ve already covered on this site. However, if you want to develop a great looking butt, you’re going to need a mix of weightlifting and bodyweight exercises. That’s how you make muscles grow, not by doing half measure workouts.
The glute muscles should be isolated through exercise and not just solely relying on squats to develop them. Yes, they are a great exercise, but not the end all, be all of gluteal development.
